If you have not registered yet please contact <a href=\"mailto:iasfm16@gmail.com \">iasfm16@gmail.com\u00a0 <\/a>for possible options.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration Fees (in US$)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OECD and high income non-OECD: $ 432<\/li>\n<li>Non-OECD, Low Income and Students: $ 175<\/li>\n<li>Local Participants (people who live\/work in Poland and earn a local salary, refugees):\u00a0$ 65<\/li>\n<li>Day Rate: $ 50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registration\u00a0 Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100% refund until April 15, 2016;<\/p>\n<p>75% refund if cancelled between April 16 &#8211; May 15, 2016;<\/p>\n<p>50% refund if cancelled between May 16 &#8211; June 15, 2016;<\/p>\n<p>No refunds if cancelled after June 15, 2016. The only exceptions would be if someone couldn\u2019t get a visa or urgent issues due to illness, family emergency, etc.<\/p>\n<p>To cancel a registration, please contact Michele Millard at <a href=\"mailto:mmillard@yorku.ca\">mmillard@yorku.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Travel Subsidies\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Funding for travel subsidies will be very limited and will be restricted to those who will be presenting at the conference. We strongly encourage participants to look for funding support from other sources.
