Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellation/withdrawal requests made by a deadline before the conference start date. No refund requests will be considered once the conference starts, unless there is an extraordinary circumstance.
• Overpayment resulting from unintentional duplicate payments or payments exceeding the specified rate.

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• Cancellation/withdrawal requests made before the conference start date: A refund will be charged for 20 USD/320.000 IDR (10 USD/160.000 IDR for lower income countries) for administration fee.
• Overpayment: A full refund will be provided.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the provided form here: Refund Request Form.
• Cancellation/withdrawal refunds are only available until December 20, 2024.

The deadline of the refund requests is: December 20, 2024. After this date, the committee will start sending back your refunds.

In the event that the conference is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies, registrants will be offered a full refund. 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances beyond the attendee’s control, subject to approval by the conference organizing committee.
